WHERE THOUGHTFUL MATCHMAKING MEETS THE RHYTHM OF HOME

A THOUGHTFUL APPROACH, FROM THE VERY BEGINNING

Every search begins with a personalized consultation to understand your household, the support you’re seeking, and the qualities that matter most to you. From defining the role and compensation to thoughtfully identifying, vetting, and introducing candidates, we guide each family through the process from start to finish.

Our fee structure is straightforward and based on the scope, complexity, and guaranteed weekly hours of each search rather than a percentage of your professional’s annual compensation. Searches begin with an engagement fee ranging from $500 to $1,000, depending on the scope and complexity of the search. This amount is applied in full toward your final search fee. Search fees generally range from $4,000 to $20,000+, depending on the type of role, schedule, and specific requirements. Temporary searches follow a separate fee structure based on the assignment's length and nature.

Once your search is underway, you’ll receive carefully considered candidate introductions selected with your household’s needs, values, and long-term compatibility in mind.

CHILDCARE PROFESSIONALS

For families seeking an experienced professional to take an active and meaningful role in their children’s lives, our nanny searches are tailored to each household's individual needs. Whether the priority is infant care, developmental support, school-age care, a demanding travel schedule, or simply finding someone exceptional for the long term, we focus on identifying candidates with the experience and temperament to become a trusted presence within the home.

Our searches encompass a wide range of needs, from traditional full-time and part-time nannies to live-in, ROTA, travel, temporary, weekend, morning, and after-school care. We also work with families seeking professionals experienced in caring for children with additional or specialized needs.

Ideal for: Families seeking an experienced childcare professional who will take primary responsibility for their children’s care, development, routines, and day-to-day well-being

FLEXIBLE FAMILY SUPPORT

Sometimes a household doesn’t need a traditional nanny or a full household manager; it needs a capable, adaptable professional who can step in wherever support is most needed.

Our family support searches are designed for households seeking a more flexible blend of childcare and everyday assistance. Depending on the role, responsibilities may include school pickups, activities, errands, household organization, family scheduling, personal assistance, light household tasks, or simply being an extra set of reliable hands during the busiest parts of the day.

This category includes family assistants, personal assistants, mother’s helpers, after-school support, and other hybrid roles that can be thoughtfully shaped around the needs of the household.

Ideal for: Families whose needs extend beyond traditional childcare or who want versatile support that can evolve alongside their household.

HOUSEHOLD & ESTATE STAFF

A well-run home often requires experienced professionals working behind the scenes to keep daily life organized, efficient, and beautifully managed.

We work with families seeking skilled household and estate professionals who bring expertise, discretion, and a strong understanding of private service. From overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residence to managing vendors, schedules, household systems, meals, and multiple properties, these searches are tailored to each household's complexity and lifestyle.

Our network includes house managers, estate managers, private chefs, and family cooks, as well as compassionate professionals who provide non-medical companionship and everyday support for older adults.

Ideal for: Households seeking experienced professionals to manage, organize, or provide specialized support within the home.

NEWBORN CARE SPECIALISTS

The earliest weeks and months with a new baby are unlike any other stage of family life. Our newborn care searches focus on experienced professionals who can bring knowledge, reassurance, and practical support into the home, helping parents settle into life with their newest family member.

Newborn Care Specialists may provide overnight or daytime care, assist with feeding routines and bottle preparation, support healthy sleep habits, maintain newborn-related areas and supplies, and offer guidance as routines begin to develop. Their role is centered on newborn and infant care and is non-medical.

Whether support is needed for several weeks, several months, overnight, or around the clock, the search is tailored to the family’s preferences, parenting approach, and desired level of involvement.

Because experienced Newborn Care Specialists are often reserved months in advance, we encourage families to begin their search during pregnancy whenever possible. That said, every journey into parenthood looks different, and we are equally happy to assist families seeking support after their baby has arrived.

Ideal for: Expectant and new parents seeking knowledgeable, hands-on newborn support during the postpartum and early infancy period.
